Insta Rapidset ACL

ACCELERATING ADMIXTURE RAPIDSET – ACL is a ready-to-use, liquid admixture formulated to accelerate time of setting and to increase early concrete strengths. It does not contain any calcium chloride. It is a PC based strength/hardening accelerator formulated to increase the early strength of concrete without affecting the initial workability.

Packing: RAPIDSET – ACL is available in 220 Kg Drums. Storage: Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperature. Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in premature deterioration of the product or packaging.

Directions For Use

Dosage: The recommended dosage range for RAPIDSET – ACL admixture is 200 ml – 1.50 Ltr per bag of cement for most concrete mixtures using average concrete ingredients. Because of variations in job conditions and concrete materials, dosage rates other than the recommended amounts may be required. In such cases, contact your local sales representative. Precautions: RAPIDSET – ACL affects only the Portland cement portion of the mix and is not an antifreeze for the water portion. Protect from freezing. RAPIDSET – ACL has no effect on straight lime mortars and should not be used with oxychloride stuccos. Use RAPIDSET – ACL directly from the factory-sealed container; do not dilute. Avoid direct contact. Ingestion may cause moderate to severe irritation of the digestive tract. Read and follow complete application information and precautions on container, prior to use.
