MAK ANTI-STRIPPING COMPOUND is a fatty acid, amine surfactant designed to
promote adhesion between cover aggregates and bitumen binders, also a
performance-improving additive for an asphalt mix that provides mix moisture
damage resistance and reduces stripping of asphalt from the aggregate surface.
APPLICATION AREA:
(1) In road construction for surface dressing, built up spray grout
(2) Effective in high rainfall regions, areas with poor bitumen-aggregate bonding and poor drainage system.
(3) It covers bituminous surfacing like dense and semi-dense asphalt concrete, open grade premix carpet etc.
(4) It is also compatible with mineralogy like marbles, sandstone, basalt, limestone, recycled asphalt pavement, etc.
PACKAGING: 20kg, 200kg containers.
CONSUMPTION: 0.25% to 0.75% of weight of asphalt.
