MAK CLEARCOAT AC is a high-performance, water-based transparent protective coating based on advanced acrylic dispersion technology. It is designed for natural stone, concrete, masonry, mortar joints and mineral façade surfaces, providing long-lasting protection while maintaining the substrate’s original appearance.
Its self-crosslinking polymer technology provides strong adhesion, high alkaline resistance and excellent protection against staining, efflorescence, dirt accumulation and water absorption.

MAK SUPER SHIELD TPO is a high-performance, heat-weldable thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) waterproofing membrane available in 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm thicknesses. It is designed for roof waterproofing and heat-reflective protection in both new and existing structures.
The membrane features a white textured heat-reflective top layer and grey bottom layer, providing long-term protection against water ingress and extreme weather conditions while maintaining flexibility and structural integrity.
MAK ELASTOTHANE ALP 111 is a single-component waterproofing coating based on aliphatic polyurethane technology. After curing, it forms a seamless, highly flexible and durable waterproof membrane with excellent crack-bridging performance.
MAK CLEARSHIELD PU-A is a high-performance, water-based transparent protective coating based on a PU-Acrylic modified elastomeric system. It provides excellent toughness, flexibility, UV stability, strong adhesion and superior hydrophobicity, forming a clear and durable protective film on stone, masonry and mineral surfaces.
The coating helps protect substrates against water ingress, staining, efflorescence, dirt pick-up and fungal growth, while preserving their natural appearance. Its elastomeric technology also provides flexibility to accommodate hairline substrate movement.
MAK EPOXY GROUT LV is a two-component, solvent-free, low-viscosity, free-flowing and fast-curing epoxy resin system designed for pressure injection into concrete for structural repairs. Its very low viscosity allows it to penetrate and seal extremely fine cracks, joints and small voids.
The cured resin provides high mechanical strength, excellent adhesion, chemical resistance and practically no shrinkage. Despite its high strength, the cured material is not brittle and retains a slight degree of flexibility, helping provide durable structural crack repair.
MAK MEMBRANE HDPE-P is a pre-applied HDPE waterproofing membrane with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer designed to bond integrally with freshly poured concrete. It provides reliable protection against water, water vapour and gas while helping protect concrete structures from aggressive ground salts, chemicals and hydrocarbons.
MAK POLYPLAST ULTRA B4500 is a heavy-duty, 4.5 mm thick, torch-applied waterproofing membrane manufactured with SBS-modified elastomeric bitumen and heavy-duty non-woven polyester core reinforcement. Its HMHDPE film underside enables heat welding, while the top surface is available in plain HMHDPE or mineral granule finish. It forms a durable, continuous waterproofing layer designed for structural and below-ground applications exposed to hydrostatic pressure.
The membrane is particularly suited for raft foundations, basement retaining walls, below-ground structures, podium decks and water-retaining structures, where high mechanical strength and reliable waterproofing performance are required.
