• High elevation work areas, causing logistical and safety difficulties during material shifting and application.
• Additionally, due to the scale of the project, maintaining cost efficiency and product performance was critical for long-term maintenance planning.
Makphalt proposed Mak Elastothane EMB, a high-elongation, eco-friendly,
polyurethane-based elastomeric membrane designed for heavy-duty
waterproofing and weather protection.
Damaged concrete areas were repaired to ensure sound
substrate for coating adhesion.
A total of 35 tonnes of Mak Elastothane EMB was applied by BEM
Enterprises, ensuring uniform film thickness and seamless waterproofing.
For high-elevation work zones, workers were secured with
ropes and harnesses, and material movement was carefully planned to ensure
safety and efficiency.
