Makphalt proposed Mak Elastothane EMB, a high-elongation, eco-friendly,
polyurethane-based elastomeric membrane designed for heavy-duty
waterproofing and weather protection.
Damaged concrete areas were repaired to ensure sound
substrate for coating adhesion.
A total of 35 tonnes of Mak Elastothane EMB was applied by BEM
Enterprises, ensuring uniform film thickness and seamless waterproofing.
For high-elevation work zones, workers were secured with
ropes and harnesses, and material movement was carefully planned to ensure
safety and efficiency.

MAK EPOXY GROUT LV is a two-component, solvent-free, low-viscosity, free-flowing and fast-curing epoxy resin system designed for pressure injection into concrete for structural repairs. Its very low viscosity allows it to penetrate and seal extremely fine cracks, joints and small voids.
The cured resin provides high mechanical strength, excellent adhesion, chemical resistance and practically no shrinkage. Despite its high strength, the cured material is not brittle and retains a slight degree of flexibility, helping provide durable structural crack repair.
MAK MEMBRANE HDPE-P is a pre-applied HDPE waterproofing membrane with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer designed to bond integrally with freshly poured concrete. It provides reliable protection against water, water vapour and gas while helping protect concrete structures from aggressive ground salts, chemicals and hydrocarbons.
MAK POLYPLAST ULTRA B4500 is a heavy-duty, 4.5 mm thick, torch-applied waterproofing membrane manufactured with SBS-modified elastomeric bitumen and heavy-duty non-woven polyester core reinforcement. Its HMHDPE film underside enables heat welding, while the top surface is available in plain HMHDPE or mineral granule finish. It forms a durable, continuous waterproofing layer designed for structural and below-ground applications exposed to hydrostatic pressure.
The membrane is particularly suited for raft foundations, basement retaining walls, below-ground structures, podium decks and water-retaining structures, where high mechanical strength and reliable waterproofing performance are required.
