Damaged concrete areas were repaired to ensure sound

A total of 35 tonnes of Mak Elastothane EMB was applied by BEM
Enterprises, ensuring uniform film thickness and seamless waterproofing.
For high-elevation work zones, workers were secured with
ropes and harnesses, and material movement was carefully planned to ensure

MAK POLYPLAST ULTRA B4500 is a heavy-duty, 4.5 mm thick, torch-applied waterproofing membrane manufactured with SBS-modified elastomeric bitumen and heavy-duty non-woven polyester core reinforcement. Its HMHDPE film underside enables heat welding, while the top surface is available in plain HMHDPE or mineral granule finish. It forms a durable, continuous waterproofing layer designed for structural and below-ground applications exposed to hydrostatic pressure.
